2 years agoSan Francisco Giants first baseman Brandon Belt isn't in the starting lineup for Saturday's game against the Pittsburgh Pirates. Tommy La Stella will start in his place, batting seventh and playing first base. Belt walked and scored during Friday's game, so this looks like it's a simple rest day rather than indication of an injury. The 34-year-old has struggled as of late, going 5-for-32 (.156) over his last 10 games. He should return to action on Sunday.--Andersen Pickard - RotoBaller
