4 years agoSan Francisco Giants first baseman Brandon Belt (heel) is scheduled to return from the injured list on Thursday versus the San Diego Padres. Belt has an injury history throughout his career and has most recently been dealing soreness in his heel. Belt did manage to stay healthy in 2019 and appeared in 156 games in which he hit .234 with 17 home runs and 57 run driven in. Belt should be in the middle of the Giants lineup, but it is not appealing enough to make owners giddy. Belt is best served as an option in DFS for now.--Daniel Burdeen - RotoBaller
