3 years agoNew England Patriots running back Brandon Bolden could end up as the No. 1 option heading into Week 16. Lead back Damien Harris (hamstring) is listed as questionable, while rookie back Rhamondre Stevenson (illness) has already been ruled out. It's worth noting that wide receiver Nelson Agholor (concussion) is out and Kendrick Bourne is unlikely to play due to protocols. That being said, the Patriots are likely going to need Bolden to step up against the Buffalo Bills. Normally, Bolden is the receiving back and gets a few touches on the ground. The status of Harris will determine how much action Bolden sees in the rushing game. Although, he could be fairly involved in the receiving game since the Patriots are shorthanded.
