Brandon Brooks Announces Retirement
3 years agoPhiladelphia Eagles right guard Brandon Brooks has announced his retirement from the NFL. The three-time Pro Bowl guard is most known for his time with the Philadelphia Eagles. Brooks also spent the first four years of his career with the Houston Texans. He won a Super Bowl with the Eagles and spent five seasons with the organization. Sadly, Brooks didn't get to offer much to the Eagles on the field in 2021. The 32-year-old suffered a pectoral strain during Week 2 and never was able to make it make to the field again in 2021. Brooks will go down as one of the best guards in Eagles franchise history. The injuries caught up to him during his last two seasons. Brooks was only able to play in two games over his last two seasons in Philly. Although, Eagles fans will remember him for his three consecutive Pro Bowl appearances that helped them win a Super Bowl.
