3 years agoSan Francisco Giants shortstop Brandon Crawford continued his power surge in Friday's 4-0 NLDS Game 1 win over the Dodgers, going 1-for-4 with a solo home run. Crawford provided an insurance run for the Giants in the eighth inning, launching an Alex Vesia off-speed pitch into the Dodgers' bullpen to increase the lead to four. The veteran has a career regular season, slashing .298/.373/.522 with 24 HR and 90 RBI, and he will need to continue to hit like that for the Giants to make a deep playoff run.--Connelly Doan - RotoBaller
