4 years agoSan Francisco Giants shortstop Brandon Crawford will make his 10th consecutive opening day start on Thursday; he will become just the fourth Giants player to achieve that in the team's history. The 34-year-old had a decent 2020 season, slashing .256/.326/.465 with eight home runs and 28 RBI. He also had a strong spring, slashing .306/.395/.556 with two HR. While Crawford is a great player, particularly defensively, he has never hit for either enough average or enough power to make himself stand out as a fantasy staple.
