3 years agoThe Philadelphia Phillies activated relief pitcher Brandon Kintzler (neck) from the injured list on Thursday. Kintzler has pitched to an 8.50 ERA in 20 appearances spanning 18 innings for the Phillies this season. Although he's struggled, the reliever could be worth a speculative add if you are in need of saves. Philadelphia's bullpen has struggled mightily as a group, and with Hector Neris no longer serving as closer, Kintzler could be a candidate to see some save opportunities. The veteran has 61 career saves, including 12 last season with the Miami Marlins. Fellow reliever Neftali Feliz was designated for assignment to make room for Kintzler on the active roster. Feliz appeared in two games and gave up four hits, four earned runs, a home run and a walk while also hitting a batter in one inning. He also struck out a pair.--Ben Rosener - RotoBaller
