Brandon Lowe Blasts Another Homer On Wednesday
3 years agoTampa Bay Rays infielder Brandon Lowe went 1-for-4 with a solo home run during Wednesday's 20-8 loss to the Boston Red Sox. He took Nathan Eovaldi deep in the sixth inning to put the Rays on the scoreboard for the first time all game. The 27-year-old is starting to heat up; he's on a five-game hitting streak and has now homered three times during that span. Lowe is slashing .227.336/.487 with 26 home runs, 64 RBI, 65 runs scored, and five stolen bases across 437 plate appearances in 2021. Despite the low batting average. Lowe continues to produce and is a viable fantasy asset this season.
