3 years agoTampa Bay Rays second baseman Brandon Lowe went 1-for-4 with a solo home run in Game 1 of Wednesday's doubleheader against the Twins. He took DJ Johnson deep in the fourth inning for his 18th long ball of the season. The 27-year-old has now homered in back-to-back games. Lowe was not in the starting lineup for Game 2 of Wednesday's doubleheader. He continues to provide decent power but has seen his WRC+ dip from 150 last season to 110 in 2021. Lowe is slashing .206/.314/.440 with 18 homers, 44 RBI, 44 runs scored, and four stolen bases across 322 plate appearances this season.--Brad Camara - RotoBaller
