4 years agoTampa Bay Rays second baseman Brandon Lowe stayed hot in Friday's win over the Toronto Blue Jays. Lowe went 2-for-3 with two home runs, three RBI, and a trio of runs scored and walks. Both of his homers registered exit velocities of 110 MPH or greater, as he continues to smoke the ball lately. Lowe has six hits, including two long balls, in his last five games. While he won't help fantasy managers' causes in batting average categories, his 76th-percentile or better ratings in barrel rate and expected slugging percentage should lead to more balls leaving the park in the future.--Tim Capurso
