6 years agoAfter a disappointing 2017 - which saw 19 kickers put up more fantasy points than Brandon McManus - the leg of the Broncos looks ready to turn things around in 2018 as he went 5-5 in Friday's preseason win against the Redskins. McManus hit from 56, 50, 45, and 34 yards (twice), showing that he has the range to be elite once again. With Case Keenum presumably improving the QB play, combined with an improved run game, this Broncos offense - which put up the 6th fewest points a season ago - should offer McManus quite a few more opportunities. He can be productive once again and, as the 21st kicker off the board, there is a pretty good chance he outperforms his ADP, making him a viable option should you find yourself sifting through what's left at kicker on draft day.--Leonard Francis II
