Brandon Nimmo Reaches Base Four Times On Sunday
3 years agoNew York Mets outfielder Brandon Nimmo went 2-for-3 with two runs scored, and two walks in the Mets 7-2 win over the Los Angeles Dodgers on Sunday. Nimmo has now gone 5-for-8 with a home run, three runs scored, and two walks over his past two games. Prior to this outburst, Nimmo had gone just .224/.325/.299 with one home run, eight runs scored, four RBI, 10 walks, and two doubles over his prior 77 at-bats. Over the past two games, Nimmo has managed to raise his on-base percentage from .397 to .408 on the season. With Nimmo heating up again at the plate, fantasy managers should be sure to get him back into lineups when the Mets return home on Tuesday to begin a three-game series against the Giants. Nimmo will help fantasy managers with ratios and runs scored in all formats.
