Brandon Woodruff Back On Track
3 years agoMilwaukee Brewers starting pitcher Brandon Woodruff has now put up 11 scoreless innings over two starts since getting shelled for seven runs in his first start of the season against the Chicago Cubs. Over his last two starts, he has gone 11 innings pitched, allowing only four hits and three walks while striking out 11. Woodruff now owns a 4.30 ERA, 1.09 WHIP, with a 13:6 K:BB ratio over 14 2/3 IP on the season. Fantasy managers should keep Woodruff active in all formats as he is one of the primary SPs in MLB. He lines up to face the Pirates on the road on Tuesday, a team he just pitched against on Wednesday where he struck out nine over six IP.
