Brandon Woodruff Looks Strong During Rehab Start
2 years agoMilwaukee Brewers starting pitcher Brandon Woodruff (ankle, finger) looked sharp during his rehab outing with High-A Wisconsin on Thursday. The right-hander went five innings, two hits allowed, one walk, and struck out seven batters. Woodruff gave up a solo home run, but was strong outside of that. It's unclear if the Brewers plan on having Woodruff make another rehab start before rejoining the team. He has been sidelined since late May, so hopefully he can return soon.
