2 years agoMilwaukee Brewers starting pitcher Brandon Woodruff struck out 10 batters on Saturday during his team's 7-0 win over the Cubs, although he had to settle for a no-decision. The right-hander was excellent by allowing just four hits and a walk over six-shutout frames, but his offense wasn't able to put up any runs until the late innings of the ball game. Woodruff got off to a slow start this season, but since returning from the injured list in late-June, he's posted a 2.35 ERA with a 79/19 K/BB over 65 IP. Woodruff should continue to put up stellar numbers the rest of the way as he'll look to get win number 10 next weekend in Arizona.--Riley Mrack - RotoBaller
