3 years agoTampa Bay Lightning forward Brayden Point provided the lone goal in Tuesday's 4-1 defeat against Florida, ending Spencer Knight's shutout bid 2:36 into the third period. Jan Rutta and Victor Hedman picked up the assists. Tampa has stumbled out of the gate, going 2-2-0 in the first four games of the season with both victories coming in overtime. They have suffered a huge blow with Nikita Kucherov (undisclosed) set to miss an extended period, and everybody needs to give a little extra to make up for his loss. Sitting on two points, Point hasn't done too much thus far, but it's still early in the season and he should kick into gear soon.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
