7 years agoMontreal Canadiens forward Brendan Gallagher scored two goals in the 4-2 win against the Detroit Red Wings. These two goals both simultaneously gave Gallagher his first career 30-goal season, but they also gave Gallagher a career-high 49 points. For someone who only scored 29 points and 10 goals in 64 games last year, Gallagher is enjoying a nice bounce-back season. The Canadiens will look to Gallagher to be one of the main goal scorers next year, and he will be given every chance to succeed. Provided that the Canadiens sign a center this offseason, Gallagher could get even higher amounts of goals and points and should be a target for your drafts next season.--Caden Inaba
