3 years agoColorado Rockies second baseman Brendan Rodgers went 2-for-4 with an RBI double and a strikeout in a 4-3 loss to the D-Backs on Tuesday. Rodgers put the Rockies on the board in the top of the fourth inning when he doubled in Charlie Blackmon to pull Colorado within two runs. He would also single in the contest and strike out. He's now picked up three multi-hit games in the last six games and is batting .274 with a .810 OPS to go along with five home runs and 20 RBI over 124 at-bats.--Jon Mathisen - RotoBaller
