3 years agoChicago Cubs outfield prospect Brennen Davis went 1-for-3 with two RBI and a pair of walks in a victory for the Triple-A Iowa Cubs on Tuesday evening. The 22-year-old has been off to a sluggish start on the young season, but remains the top prospect in the Cubs organization and one of the top overall outfield prospects. With the ability to hit for power and contribute speed on the basepaths, Davis is a name that managers will want to remember in all formats moving forward. With the exception of Seiya Suzuki, the Cubs outfield doesn't hold many threats to Davis' arrival this season. As long as Davis can continue to improve on the farm, managers should fully expect him up with the big-league club at some point in 2022.--Daniel Burdeen - RotoBaller
