3 years agoThe Detroit Lions released wide receiver Breshad Perriman on Monday. He signed a one-year deal with Detroit during the offseason and was expected to have a vital role in the Lions' passing attack. The 27-year-old was limited in camp with a hip injury and failed to make an impact during the preseason. Perriman caught 30 passes for 505 yards and three touchdowns over 12 games for the New York Jets in 2021. He will look to latch onto another team. The Lions are thin at wide receiver with Tyrell Williams, Amon-Ra. St. Brown, and Quintez Cephus as the team's top four wideouts.--Brad Camara - RotoBaller
