Breshad Perriman Wants Out Of His New Browns Contract
6 years agoThe Cleveland Browns blockbuster trade which netted them Odell Beckham Jr. on Tuesday did not make everyone associated with the team happy. Cleveland.com's Mary Kay Cabot reported on Tuesday night that Breshad Perriman wants out of the one-year, $4 million deal which he agreed upon just hours before the trade. Perriman clearly can tell that his role in the pass-catching corps will be minimized now that Beckham is in town and is surely looking to land a bigger role elsewhere. It is likely the Browns will accommodate Perriman and let him return to the free agent market after adding Beckham. Perriman caught 16 passes for 340 yards and two touchdowns after the team signed him last October.
