6 years agoSt. Louis Cardinals reliever Brett Cecil (foot) is back with the team after missing three weeks with foot inflammation. Cecil has been awful this season as evidenced by his 5.70 ERA in 23 2/3 innings. Cecil has no fantasy value as he will most likely be used in very low-leverage situations. Tyler Webb was optioned back to Triple-A Memphis to make room for Cecil.--Raymond Harrison - RotoBaller
