2 years agoDenver Broncos quarterback Brett Rypien went 14-for-21 for 137 yards, no touchdowns and one interception in the 23-13 win over the Minnesota Vikings in the preseason finale on Saturday. Josh Johnson followed him up and went 11-for-14 for 107 yards without a touchdown or interception. Neither QB took a sack. Rypien and Johnson have been in a heated battle for the No. 2 job this summer behind Russell Wilson, and Rypien likely did enough on Saturday to win the job heading into Week 1 of the regular season against the Seattle Seahawks.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
