7 years agoThe Milwaukee Brewers are eyeing Kansas City Royals third baseman Mike Moustakas after they lost out on Dodgers shortstop Manny Machado, according to MLB Network's Jon Paul Morosi. Milwaukee is "interested in Mike Moustakas, despite the fact that he's not an ideal fit with Travis Shaw and Jesus Aguilar on the infield corners." There is a possibility the Brewers would move Shaw to second base or the outfield if they acquired Moustakas. Moose started the year off strong but has cooled down of late, but he still has 19 home runs and 58 RBI on the season. His fantasy stock would surely be on the rise if he left KC's poor offense. Shaw would also be more attractive if he gained second base or outfield eligibility for his owners.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
