4 years agoMiami Marlins third baseman Brian Anderson (shoulder) was removed from Monday's game against the Philadelphia Phillies. He appeared to have suffered a shoulder injury when sliding into third base in the second inning. Jon Berti replaced Anderson at third base and could see a few starts, assuming Anderson misses time. The organization is likely going to release more updates on Anderson's status following the game. Anderson has struggled at the plate lately, so maybe a few days off could help him find his groove.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
