7 years agoMiami Marlins outfielder Brian Anderson drove in the team's only run in a 4-1 loss to the Nationals on Saturday, finishing 2-for-4 at the plate. Saturday's game marked the fifth time in his last 10 games that Anderson has recorded two hits, as he is now hitting .333 with two doubles, three RBI and six runs over that span. While the power is lacking for Anderson right now with only two home runs this year (both coming in April), he is providing decent value with 27 runs scored while hitting .277 — ranking him in the top 60 in the league in both categories. In deep-mixed and NL-only leagues, Anderson is a good option for owners looking for help at the corner infield spot.--Michael Grennell - RotoBaller
