6 years agoThe Nashville Predators acquired center Brian Boyle from the New Jersey Devils on Wednesday in exchange for a second-round pick in 2019 NHL Entry Draft. "Aside from the stress of just making sure I can pack everything, I'm really excited to be part of this Nashville team," Boyle said. "After being a fan of the game and being to see what they have been able to do and how they're built, and then speaking with (Predators GM David) Poile and (Head Coach) Peter (Laviolette), it's really exciting." He had 13 goals with 19 points and a minus-13 rating across 47 games with the Devils, so his fantasy appeal remains limited to deeper pools until further notice.--Daniel Dobish
