6 years agoMinnesota Twins second baseman Brian Dozier finished off the first half of the season in style on Sunday. Dozier launched a walk-off grand slam to down the Tampa Bay Rays 11-7. The veteran finished the game 2-for-6 with two runs and five RBI. Dozier came to the plate in the bottom of the tenth with the game tied 7-7 and promptly launched his 16th homer of the season. The star second baseman continues to have his name pop up as a likely trade candidate at the deadline and is likely to be playing for another team by the time August rolls around.
