4 years agoPhiladelphia Flyers goaltender Brian Elliott collected his second shutout of the season on Saturday, finishing a 3-0 win over Buffalo with 23 saves. Jack Eichel (lower body) missed his second consecutive game and the Sabres couldn't generate much offense without him. Elliott is now 5-1-0 for the season with a 2.03 goals-against average and a .931 save percentage. Carter Hart, who is 5-3-3 for the year, is set to take on the Sabres on Sunday, but Elliot should get another look soon with the team playing four times next week, including three games in four days to finish off the week.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
