6 years agoLos Angeles Angels outfielder Brian Goodwin will start and hit sixth Wednesday against the Twins. After a hot start, Goodwin is currently in a 4-for-23 (.174) slump and is slugging only .340 over his last 15 games. The journeyman earned a starting role on the team thanks to slashing .342/.437/.603 in April with one triple, four home runs and five doubles. But his offense has fallen off the map in May, posting only two extra-base hits over his last 39 at-bats while hitting .205. The time to roster and play Goodwin has most likely already past this season and is not worth a DFS play for Wednesday.--Joey C - RotoBaller
