6 years agoLos Angeles Angels outfielder Brian Goodwin hit his fifth home run of the season in the Angels 16-7 loss to the Twins on Thursday. It was his first home run since April 30 and has really cooled off at the plate since a fantastic opening month of April. After slashing .342/.437/.603 through his first 73 at-bats this season, his numbers have dropped to .246/.286/.354 in 65 at-bats since. Goodwin will continue to see regular playing time with Justin Upton on the shelf but the time to own Goodwin in fantasy appears to have passed.--Joey C - RotoBaller
