6 years agoHouston Astros catcher Brian McCann will have a favorable matchup when the Astros open up a series with the Red Sox on Friday. Boston will send left-hander David Price to the mound and McCann is hitting .333 lifetime with three home runs through 30 at-bats against Price. The veteran is 1-for-7 since returning from mid-season knee surgery with two runs batted in through three games played. If McCann is healthy, he still can be dangerous with the bat. But manager A.J. Hinch will manage the workload for McCann until the playoffs and play the matchups. Friday is a great chance to get McCann in to the lineup.--Joey C - RotoBaller
