3 years agoThe Detroit Lions placed rookie tight end Brock Wright on the Reserve/COVID-19 list on Tuesday. Team also put linebacker Josh Woods on Injured Reserve and activated defensive end Jashon Cornell from the Non-Football Injury list. In three games since T.J. Hockenson (hand) was lost for the rest of the year, Wright has only six receptions for 24 yards on nine targets while sharing tight end responsibilities with Shane Zylstra (knee), who is also now out for the final two games of the regular season. The Lions will have to elevate Nick Eubanks from the practice squad for Week 17 against the Seattle Seahawks, as they currently have no TEs on their active roster with Wright going on the COVID list.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
