4 years agoDenver Broncos linebacker/defensive end Von Miller (ankle) had been holding out hope that he could return for the final two games of the 2020 season, but head coach Vic Fangio was "not optimistic" about that possibility as of Monday. Miller has not yet returned to practice after having undergone surgery to correct damage done to a tendon in his ankle, which has kept him out the entirety of the year. The Broncos Defense has been only a deep season-long league option for most of the season, with Miller's return potentially having bumped the unit up to a solid streamer choice. Alas, barring a drastic shift, Miller appears poised to next take the field to kick off '21, where Denver's defense could return to its role as a consistent fantasy factor.--Jesse Borek
