7 years agoThe Denver Broncos are expected to officially pick up wide receiver Demaryius Thomas' $4 million option in the next day or so before the deadline to do so on Wednesday. Picking up the option will trigger the final two years in his contract. Despite failing to reach 1,000 yards for the first time since 2011, the Broncos are giving him a pass and will hang onto him. A lot of his struggles in 2017 had to do with the fact that the team failed to deliver a competent quarterback under center for most of the season. Thomas has bounce-back potential in 2018, but it'll depend on who is the signal caller next year.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
