Browns Offense Could Be Changing With Deshaun Watson
3 years agoWith Cleveland Browns quarterback Deshaun Watson now in town, head coach Kevin Stefanski figures to spread the offense out with more three-receiver sets while implementing run-pass options. When Stefanski first got the head-coaching job in Cleveland, the staples of the offense were play-action passing off a running game powered by zone blocking. Stefanski won't completely abandon heavier sets, but changes will certainly be made now that Watson is the QB. A move to a more pass-heavy approach would obviously be good news for Watson, receivers Amari Cooper, Donovan Peoples-Jones and rookie David Bell and tight end David Njoku from a fantasy perspective.
