6 years agoOakland Athletics catcher Bruce Maxwell was officially placed on the restricted list, according to Jane Lee of MLB.com. Maxwell cannot travel to Canada due to a pending sentencing that causes him to be ineligible for entry according to Canadian immigration guidelines. Josh Phegly will be fill the spot on the A's. Maxwell will rejoin the team when it returns to Oakland.--Ellis Canady - RotoBaller
