6 years agoPittsburgh Pirates outfielder Bryan Reynolds has proven he belongs in the majors since debuting on April 20. The 24-year-old leads all rookies with a .361 average and a .416 OBP. In the month of June, he's slashing .396/.448/.547, with seven extra-base hits, and six runs batted in. Now that Corey Dickerson has returned from his shoulder strain injury, the Pirates have had to get creative with their lineup construction. This hasn't affected Reynolds though, as he started four games last week, and has been hitting second consistently since the beginning of June. While he doesn't offer much home run power, he is an on-base machine, and will score a lot of runs. Consider the rookie a must-add in most league formats.--Steve Janik - RotoBaller
