3 years agoPhiladelphia Phillies outfielder Bryce Harper went 3-for-4 with a walk and three runs scored in a win over Pittsburgh on Sunday. All three of Harper's hits were doubles as the Phillies ripped nine two-baggers off of Pirates pitching in a 15-run outburst. Harper is now batting .302 on the season with an excellent .414 on-base percentage and a .546 slugging percentage. He's got some of the best batted-ball metrics in the game including an elite 16.6% barrel rate and a .500 xwOBA on contact. He should feast on a depleted Nationals pitching staff as the Phillies embark on a four-game trip to Washington.--Mike Schwarzenbach - RotoBaller
