Bryce Harper Collects Two RBI Without A Hit Versus Reds
3 years agoPhiladelphia Phillies outfielder Bryce Harper went 0-for-1 with two RBI in a loss to the Reds on Sunday. Cincinnati pitchers clearly didn't want to face Harper as he was walked three times, including one intentional walk. That didn't stop Harper from producing, however, as he drove in a run with a sacrifice fly and also collected an RBI with a bases-loaded walk. The Philly right-fielder was owed some RBI luck as he had just 47 RBI in 96 games entering today, despite posting a ridiculous .568 slugging percentage and a .279 ISO. He's hitting the ball as well as anyone in the Majors and has more great matchups this week as the Phillies head to Arizona.
