3 years agoPhiladelphia Phillies outfielder Bryce Harper (forearm) could return Friday against the Los Angeles Angels. He is scheduled to receive additional treatment Thursday, and the Phillies are hopeful the star outfielder can return on Friday. The 29-year-old was scratched from the starting lineup for Wednesday's game against the San Francisco Giants due to right forearm soreness. He has served as Philadelphia's primary designated hitter while dealing with a sprained UCL in his elbow. Harper is slashing .303/.359/.584 with 10 home runs, 32 RBI, 34 runs, and six stolen bases over 198 plate appearances. The Phillies are off on Thursday, and Harper is considered day-to-day.--Brad Camara - RotoBaller
