5 years agoPhiladelphia Phillies outfielder Bryce Harper has been quiet in Spring Training as he prepares for his second season in Philadelphia. The star outfielder has just five at-bats across three games this spring, but still has plenty of time to get into the swing of things before opening day. Last season, Harper slashed .260/.372/.510 to go along with 35 HR and 114 RBI. He should be primed for another big season based on his Statcast metrics. He was in the top-10 percent of players in barrel rate (14.8%), expected slugging (.548), and xWOBA on contact (.488) making him one of the safest players in fantasy in terms of floor, but also has the upside to put up MVP caliber numbers at pick number 22 on average.--Mike Schwarzenbach - RotoBaller
