6 years agoNationals outfielder Bryce Harper hit his 30th home run of the reason Tuesday against the Cardinals. The dinger was his only hit of the night but it managed to score in Adam Eaton and get a rally going. The Nationals eventually lost yesterday's game and fell to .500 with 42 games left in 2018. If Washington misses out on the playoffs, questions of whether Harper should have been traded will definitely be brought up in the offseason. For now, they still have the option to place him on waivers and deal him to the highest bidder. However, with the reports that have come out, this option seems unlikely.--Kev Mahserejian - RotoBaller
