Bryce Harper Homers In Third Straight Game
5 years agoPhiladelphia Phillies outfielder Bryce Harper went 2-for-5 with a three-run homer in a win vs the Padres Friday night. Harper crushed a Michel Baez offering for an opposite-field homer to give the star slugger four home runs and 10 RBI in his last three games. Harper has dealt with some bad luck this season but is finally getting the results you'd expect from someone with his batted ball profile. His 46.1 percent hard-hit rate is a career-high and he's hitting 37.5 percent fly balls while playing half his games in a hitter-friendly park. Harper will look to stay hot Saturday in a good matchup vs Padres right-hander Dinelson Lamet.
