Bryce Harper Records Inside-The-Park Homer Versus Nats
3 years agoPhiladelphia Phillies outfielder Bryce Harper went 3-for-5 with a home run and two RBI in a loss to the Nationals on Tuesday. The homer was Harper's 16th of the season, but this one was unique as it was of the inside-the-park variety. The Philly outfielder launched a moonshot to center field that was inches from leaving the yard. That didn't stop Harper, though as he motored around the bases before the Nationals could get the ball back to the infield. Harper is having another strong season with a .295 batting average, 16 homers, and 12 steals through 79 games. Another juicy matchup awaits on Wednesday versus Patrick Corbin.
