6 years agoWashington Nationals outfielder Bryce Harper was seen taking grounders at first base on Monday. The Nationals currently have a logjam in their outfield with Adam Eaton healthy and are looking for ways to get Juan Soto in the lineup every day. Harper has only played outfield in the major leagues, however, it looks like he could pick up a few starts at first in the future. Harper is obviously a must-play whenever he is in the lineup, however, first base eligibility would make Harper even more valuable than he already is.--Dan Fappiano
