Bryse Wilson Optioned After One Day
5 years agoAtlanta Braves pitcher Bryse Wilson, just called up Tuesday, was sent back to Triple-A Gwinnett on Wednesday. Wilson pitched against the Toronto Blue Jays in his day up, his first appearance since July 16. But he allowed two runs, including a Rowdy Tellez solo shot, in 1 1/3 innings and now goes back down despite the expanded rosters. Wilson, who has a 3.42 ERA in 121 Triple-A innings this year, remains an asset in dynasty leagues. In any other format, including NL-only, he's a non-factor.
