5 years agoThe Tampa Bay Buccaneers have claimed kicker Elliott Fry off waivers, per NFL Network's Tom Pelissero. The 25-year-old signed with the Panthers at the conclusion of the 2019 season, but never got a chance to be with the team essentially. The undrafted player out of South Carolina has been with three previous NFL teams, the Ravens, Bears, and Panthers, but has yet to make a kick in the league. The Buccaneers also have kicker Matt Gay, who went 27-for-35 last season on kicks, good for 77 percent. He also went 43-for-48 on extra points. With Fry now on the team, a kicking competition seems realistic on the Bucs.--Rishi Patel - RotoBaller
