3 years agoThe Tampa Bay Buccaneers are expected to use the franchise tag on impending free-agent wide receiver Chris Godwin before Tuesday's deadline, according to a source. Godwin tore his ACL last season, but it looks like he'll receive the franchise tag for the second straight season after posting 98 catches, 1,103 yards and five touchdowns on 127 targets in only 14 regular season games in 2021. Fantasy managers will need to keep a close eye on Godwin's rehab progress this spring and summer, and his 2022 fantasy value will be directly impacted by who the Bucs choose to replace Tom Brady with under center.
