Buccaneers Finally Take Running Back At Pick 76
5 years agoThe Tampa Bay Buccaneers selected running back Ke'Shawn Vaughn out of Vanderbilt with pick No. 76, filling a major need on the team and providing quarterback Tom Brady with yet another complementary piece. Vaughn rushed for 1,028 yards on 198 attempts while also scoring nine touchdowns in 2019. He brings speed, though his consistency and catching abilities remain issues. The Vanderbilt product will now compete with Ronald Jones II for snaps, and if it turns into an equal share, both may experience a dip in fantasy value. For now, Jones remains the safer option for fantasy, as Vaughn's role is not crystal-clear yet.
